Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Kite Hunt.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kite Hunt. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity carried out through your account.
The marketplace
Kite Hunt provides tools for discovering and publishing listings for used kitesurfing equipment. Kite Hunt is not currently a payment processor, shipping provider or party to transactions between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating listings and arranging transactions safely.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Kite Hunt a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights needed to upload every photo, description and other material.
Acceptable use
Do not publish misleading, illegal, unsafe, abusive or infringing content. Do not attempt to access another account, scrape the service, send spam or interfere with the operation of Kite Hunt.
Messages and interactions
Use messaging respectfully and do not share sensitive personal information unnecessarily. Kite Hunt may restrict or remove accounts and content that violate these rules or create risks for the community.
Availability
Kite Hunt is provided as a developing service. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed. Listings and user content are provided by users, so Kite Hunt does not guarantee their accuracy, condition or availability.
